2) left sided extradural haematoma (frontoparietal area with midline shift)
3) right sided intracerebral hemorrhage (frontal lobe)
right sided extradural hematoma (occipital area)
4) bilateral extradural hematomas (frontoparietal area)
5) Rt sided subacute subdural hematoma (frontoparietal area with midline shift)
6) Rt sided subdural hematoma (frontoparietal area with midline shift)
7) hairline fracture of left parietal bone.

Well i would second hira's answers, but my answer would be a SAH for # 1 and adding a pneumatocele in in addition to the answer in number 6
